OpenEMR

OpenEMR is a free medical practice management, electronic medical records, prescription writing, and medical billing application. It's General GPL based. It seems to me to be mainly USA centric, that is, billing is the major thing. But it contains a load of good ideas and code and if it can be extended to embrace the iotaMed concept, that would be a huge win.
